Event Highlights: Metropolitan Energy Center hosted the Mid-America Alternative Fuel Codes Summit with assistance from its Clean Cities partners in the Mid-America Collaborative. Kansas City Clean Cities worked with the Odyssey Team as a Special Event Partner, and provided information on regulations, safety codes, and market outlook for alternative fuel projects.  Experts on fleet facility modifications, electric vehicles and charging stations, biofuels, propane autogas and compressed natural gas fueling stations presented and answered questions.  The conference provided CEU-eligible training on building codes for gaseous fuels and on gaseous fuels, alternative fuels and EV safety for first responders. The program included site visits to time-fill and fast-fill CNG facilities, propane and LNG sites and displays of gaseous fuel vehicles.
